These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from 21 Ananta Farmers Market Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), whether retail or wholesale. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1. About us

21 Ananta Farmers Market Pty Ltd is an Australian business selling fresh fruit, vegetables and related products. Our ACN is 699 516 893.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot deliver to your area. If we cancel, we will refund any payment already made.
Because we sell fresh produce, exact weights and sizes can vary slightly. We pick the best available and aim to match your order as closely as possible.

3. Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Basic fresh fruit and vegetables are GST-free under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999. Where a product is taxable, the price shown includes GST and this is itemised on your tax invoice.
Delivery fees (if any) are shown before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.

4. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We accept major cards and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery or collection.

6. Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to make a claim.

7. Food safety and allergens

We handle fresh produce in line with Australian food safety standards (see Food Safety). Produce may be grown or packed in facilities that also handle allergens. Always wash fresh produce before eating.

8. Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because produce is picked to order, we may not be able to change an order once it has been packed or dispatched.

9. Trade accounts

Trade accounts are offered at our discretion to businesses with a valid ABN. You are responsible for keeping your portal login secure and for orders placed through it. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
